Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@joshmikawa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How to return
To start a return, please contact customerservice@joshmikawa.com indicating your order number. We’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that all return costs will be the customer’s responsibility. The customer can manage the pick-up through a courier of choice (except postal service), using a trackable shipping method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

Responsibility for the return is yours; please remember to ask for proof of postage when returning the package through your preferred courier.

PLEASE NOTE:
When you want to do a return, please follow this procedure carefully:

  • Contact customerservice@joshmikawa.com to start your return process and receive a return form and proforma invoice.
  • Make sure to place on the box exclusively the proforma invoice received by us.

Please note that any extra custom duties due because of the misplaced invoice will be the customer’s responsibility, and the correspondent amount will be consequently deducted from the refund.

CUSTOM POLICY
Duty and custom taxes are collected at the time of delivery and they are exclusive responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the total price at the moment of checkout. Since they are determined by the customs agency in the destination country, they are beyond our control.
