Returns
You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit a return request.
We will only process returns for JOSHMIKAWA items that are in new condition, unworn, with tags still attached, and undamaged.
Kindly note that items bought from third-party vendors should be returned to them directly. For detailed return instructions, we suggest reaching out to the respective retailer.
